2nd day of school... homework already?

Alright. I don't mind homework, but studying? That last year "assignment" type studying was not what I would do. This year? I start out fresh. I start out fresh every year.
So, I took my pre-cal test, everyone but me complained about how "hard" the test was. I think about half the class admitted they failed. That makes me feel better, but then again, there's the part about failing math that makes me feel stupid.
My dad suggest that a year physics would be hard; he says that when he signed up for physics in high school, he dropped out the week after he got in the class. I don't believe it'd be hard, because today I felt outrageously bored of the math popping up on the board about physics. Gravity? Simple. Why its there? Nobody really knows why, but of course, there's a never ending list of "why"s. The only thing that'd be hard about physics is memorizing what the greek symbols stand for. Everything that isn't in English besides pi, sigma, delta, "e", and all the arithmetic functions that you should know are not in my head. Is that what's supposed to be hard?
I also like/dislike my Chinese class. My teacher happens to make fun of everything that is at hand. Of course that's great, but then again, that's not always so great if you think about it in another perspective. For example : She directly told the entire class, "If you think and try to add me on Facebook, I will reject you." Of course, text on the internet isn't entirely funny, but the way my Chinese teacher declares it is.
I have a big problem with law enforcement. It's nothing about me getting in trouble (or tickets), but I have seen quite an uproar of school activity involving police. As you may or may not know, we live next to a community center, so its natural to have a police officer patrolling the area. But since school started, about TEN police vehicles have been patrolling or keeping watch of the area. We recently (the week before school started) had a traffic light installed. Unfortunately, I think that the stoplight was just used for an excuse to give tickets to all passerbyers. About 100 total people have been given tickets (for $100-128) for Jay-Walking lately. Having TEN (yes 10) police cars/motorcycles around is NOT necessary to give out tickets : it is a form of harassment. Our school has done nothing about this yet, and I am thorougly pissed at the ****ing fat policemen stacking tickets just to get that 10% per ticket. People I know have been given tickets. The situation isn't entirely fair to many of the students going to the school because they would have absolutely NO knowledge of the light being there. But of course, it is the law.
On the first day of school, 6 people (a group) were given tickets for Jay-walking. Not far behind was a group of 50-100 people. Now on that day, there was only 1 cop car with 2 policemen in it. So, the policemen (and a group of people behind me) watched that group of 50-100 people JAY-walk right across the crosswalk. The policeman shouted these exact words, "WHAT color is that stoplight? It's RED now get back to the sidewalk!" Now how is it fair to give a group of 6 kids tickets while those 50-100 other highschoolers were given a chance to go back and NOT get a ticket?
Of course, I'm innocent. I didn't do anything. I just hate law enforcement. Sometimes they don't do their job, and sometimes they pick on EVERYONE. They're absolute.
I just hope that the policeman doesn't find something in the "big book of laws" that would get me a ticket.

School... Again...

So... school in the Fremont Unified School District has started once again... now with me as a Sophmore in High School. No I don't need any of those "omg wasn't he like 2 ft tall once?" comments, yes I might have been 2 ft. tall once, but I sure don't remember it.

Here's my schedule if you'd like to view it.

Period 1 : World History Honors
Period 2 : English 10 Honors
Period 3 : Chinese 2
Period 4 : P.E.
Period 5 : Pre-calculus Honors
Period 6 : Physics

I'm the only sophmore taking physics =(. I'm stuck with Juniors and Seniors, isn't that great. The REAL good thing is that I get to sit next to all the girls. That's AWESOME.
I completely forgot all my math, so I'm going to have to refresh my memory or fail the pretest for Pre-Cal, which wouldn't be good.
This year I am (yes! I am) taking Chinese 2, and I am proud of it. I haven't bragged about it yet, but last year, I had the highest grade in my Chinese 1 class, hitting the percentage of 104.1%. 3% Higher than anyone else.
And to end it all, I GOT CONTACTS. Yes, no more glasses to make my nose look like my dad's! No more! And to top that I have a gel spray! OMG TEH GEEK HAS GEL SPRAY?

Other than that, I might get a cellphone soon. MIGHT. I'm too old 4 this ._.

So... I have been doing...

Absolutely nothing! Actually I've finished my final today for my C++ class. It was boring. Other than that, I've been playing around with my computer, going to my friend's house, amusing myself with the fact that after the 1 week of excitement of starting school, I will be bored to death again.

I've also found a really good RPG (role-playing game) for the Nintendo DS. The North-American name is "The World Ends With You." Unlike all the other RPG's, this game has very good artwork and soundtracks. It uses the touchscreen very effectively and is quite challenging. I would rate it 10/10 in comparison to other games (meaning my top game) and 9.7/10 for game greatness in comparison to console rating.

I've also bought and read another one of the Artemis Fowl books, which turned out to be unsurprisingly fabulous. The title is "Artemis Fowl : The Time Paradox." The next book(s) I will be waiting for is/are any Eoin Colfer books, the Inheritance Series (Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr, ???).

---------------------------------------------
Fact : I can't think right now.
Opinion : I spent 15 minutes thinking hard on what to put on this post.

Happy B'day to Dad!

My dad's not too happy about it, but it's his birthday. I don't think he wants to be 40 years old. That's FOUR decades! I don' t think I'd be too happy about being 40 years old either, but lets wish him a happy birthday even though he's 40.

He's not really 40. He's 21 =).

Happy Independence Day!!

Happy Fourth of July everyone! Though historically its not quite exactly our "Independence Day" from England, you get a day off don't you? =)

----------------------------

I'll try to get pictures ASAP. Though ASAP might mean quite a while, I can't really find a great picture of me (I don't take pictures of me often).
